Field equipment includes individual Nikon binoculars for every guest and a shared professional-grade spotting scope for observing distant wildlife, including wolves and bears. Daily gourmet deli-style lunches are served at curated scenic overlooks and can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. This package covers the guided expedition only; guests are responsible for arranging their own overnight lodging accommodations.

Guests will experience Yellowstone’s most sought-after highlights, carefully timed for optimal conditions, including Old Faithful, Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Lamar Valley, Hayden Valley, Mammoth Hot Springs, Norris Geyser Basin, West Thumb Geyser Basin, and Tower Fall. The active expedition includes strategic wildlife tracking along the Grand Loop Road and 2 to 3.5 miles of optional guided walking each day over boardwalks and natural trails. Visitors will traverse Dunraven Pass, reaching elevations near 8,900 feet, and should be prepared for thinner air and the sulfurous environment of active geyser basins. Due to the rugged nature of certain trail segments, this high-altitude wilderness journey is not wheelchair accessible.
