Paved bike trails from Jackson to Jenny Lake are 20 miles one way; from Jackson heading south towards Hoback Junction 5 miles and; from Jackson to Teton Village 12 miles.

Mountain biking is available in Teton Village, where you can ride up to the top of the mountain range.

There is horseback riding in Teton Village in front of the Snake River Lodge, and also at the Spring Creek Ranch.

You can rent canoes at the Leisure Sports and canoe.  There are several places where you can canoe, one of them is the Jenny Lake Visitor Center.

Several companies such as Barker Ewing offer river float and whitewater rafting on the Snake River.

You can find trails near Jackson and in Teton Village; balloon rides in Teton Village also; Gondola rides in Teton Village and Snow King in Jackson.  In Snow King, you can also find mountain coasters and alpine slides.  In the evening, you can participate in Chuck Wagon dinners in Wilson or at Bar T 5 in Jackson.  Downtown Jackson has lots of good restaurants.

In addition to all that has been listed above, you may want to take a boat ride and hike the Hidden Falls, with professional guides.
